Terms & Conditions

Custom Order, Returns, and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business—specializing in custom-printed and branded merchandise for businesses, artists, musicians, and events—the following strict policies apply:

All Sales Are Final

 

Since every item is custom-produced using client-supplied artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has moved into the production stage. Please review your digital mock-up and invoice carefully, paying close attention to quantities, sizing, colors, and artwork placement before final approval.

 

Exceptions (Defective/Damaged Items)

 

We guarantee the quality of our printing and garments. If an item is defective due to an error in our production process (e.g., incorrect print placement, peeling print, or garment defect):

  1. The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. We require photographic evidence and return of the defective items for inspection.

  3. We will either reprint and ship the affected items or issue a proportional refund for the defective portion of the order.

 

Deductions for Complimentary Items

 

If a refund or store credit is approved for any reason, the value of any complimentary or discounted items (such as free samples, items remade, bundled products, or wholesale-price garments provided outside the primary order) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Artwork & Production Terms

Client Artwork Responsibility

 

The client is solely responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork that is sized correctly and free of errors. We are not responsible for color discrepancies caused by non-vector files or low-resolution images.

  • We will provide a digital mock-up for final approval. The client must approve the mock-up, confirming all details, including spelling, placement, and sizing. Production will not begin until final approval is received.

 

Order Details & Sizing

 

  • We use industry-standard blanks and sizing charts (e.g., Gildan, Next Level, Bella+Canvas). We are not responsible for fitting issues if the client has not verified sizing charts prior to ordering.

  • We reserve the right to substitute blank apparel brands of equal or better quality if the specified brand/color is out of stock.

 

General Business Terms

Turnaround Time

 

Standard turnaround time begins only after final artwork approval and full payment have been received. Any production timeline quoted is an estimate and is not a guarantee.

 

Usage Rights

 

We reserve the right to photograph, display, and use samples of all custom merchandise we produce for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a prior written agreement specifies otherwise.
