Refund Policy

Due to the unique and customized nature of the items and services we provide, all personalized products are considered final sale. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

In the event that your product is incorrect or you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please notify Brands and Ink in writing within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You can reach us via email at Hello@BrandsandInk.com to report any discrepancies. Additionally, please note that you have a 24-hour window from the time your order is placed to make any changes. After this 24-hour period, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to any modifications or cancellations.

Shipping & Handling

Brands and Ink LLC is not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments once they have left our facility. The shipping timeframes provided are always estimated and, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.

If you find that your package hasn't shown any movement for five consecutive days, please contact us immediately via email at Hello@BrandsandInk.com. This will allow us to open a case and work towards submitting replacements for you free of charge. Please note that such situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
